GCDF Program Regulations

The GCDF training can be attended within master and bachelor programs provided by NBCC Romania's partner universities or through a private provider, which can be any organization which wishes to include this program among the list of its services.

Regardless the type of provider, the following steps should be followed:

1. The GCDF provider realizes the teaching plan according to Form 01 and asks for NBCC Romania's agreement over the beginning of the training program. The teaching plan should be sent to NBCC Romania with 1 week at least before the activity begins. NBCC Romania's accept over the beginning of a new class will be asked each time a new class begins its activity.
2. Within 15 days from receiving the teaching plan, NBCC Romania announces the provider whether the class is allowed to begin its activity.
3. The provider sends to NBCC Romania all the necessary and required information in order to issue the invoice for the Royalty Fee and the provider pays the fee within the period of time mentioned in the contract.
4. The provider can effectively deliver the GCDF training program.
5. NBCC Romania has the right to perform surveys among participants or visits to check class activity with the purpose to maintain the good reputation of its programs.
