NBCC Romania received the certificate ISO 9001:2008 for its quality management system that concerned continuing education related to GCDF program.
What is ISO 9001:2008
The ISO 9001:2008 Standard refers to the Quality Management Systems and is focused on the fact that the top management is aware, assumes and engages in introducing a Quality Management System to respond to clients' expectations for the services/ products of the organization.
It concerns the organization and its internal processes, which are structured by having in mind clients' satisfaction.
